  1. Deploy in a test or staging environment. Start where you can break things. We want your real custom agent workflows, not a sandbox exercise.

  2. Give structured feedback once a month. Async is fine. A 30-minute call is better. We want to know what breaks, what's missing, and what you'd never ship without.

  3. Tell us the truth. If something doesn't work, say it. If the architecture is wrong for your stack, tell us. Polite silence doesn't help either of us.
